A little about Chet
I’m Chet Dayal — an ICF-certified executive and career coach working with leaders
and professionals across Silicon Valley. I work with people navigating career
transitions, stepping into leadership for the first time, and executives who want
to perform at an even higher level. I’m a member of ICF Global and the San Francisco
Chapter, and every May I take the Pro Bono Challenge because I believe great coaching
should be accessible to everyone — not just those with a corporate budget behind them.

Common questions
You might be wondering…
Is this genuinely free — all 4 sessions?
Yes, all four. This is my annual ICF International Coaching Week commitment. No credit card, no hidden upsell, no obligation to continue. You get a complete coaching experience at zero cost.
Do all 4 sessions have to happen during ICW week?
No. You just need to register and book Session 1 during ICW week (May 11–17). Sessions 2, 3, and 4 are scheduled at whatever pace works for you — weekly, biweekly, or whatever fits your life. We sort that out together on the first call.
Why 4 sessions instead of just one intro call?
One session gives you a taste. Four sessions give you a real arc — actual insight, real action, and genuine momentum. That’s the only honest way to let someone experience what coaching can actually do.
What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching is forward-looking and goal-oriented. We focus entirely on where you want to go and what’s in the way right now — not on processing the past. If I think therapy would serve you better, I’ll tell you directly.
I’m already successful. Is coaching still useful for me?
Especially for you. The world’s highest performers — CEOs, Olympic athletes, senior executives — all work with coaches. Coaching isn’t for people in trouble. It’s for people who want to operate at an even higher level than they already do.
What happens after the 4 free sessions?
That’s entirely up to you. If you find real value in the work we do together, we can talk about what an ongoing engagement might look like. If not, you walk away with everything you’ve gained. There is no pressure, ever.
